Daisy holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Healthcare Management with a minor in Human Resources, and certifications in executive leadership and Lean project methodologies. Her expertise in operational redesign, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, organizational development, and performance optimization positions her to architect scalable, outcome-driven programs aligned with long-term strategic growth.
Raised in Hanau, Frankfurt, Germany, Daisy comes from a proud military family. Her father is a United States military veteran, and her brother currently serves on active duty. Growing up alongside her brother and sister in a service-oriented household, she developed a commitment to discipline, resilience, and mission-first leadership. This personal connection to military life fuels her passion for serving military and veteran families and gives her a deep understanding of the unique stressors, transitions, and support systems that impact service members and their loved ones.
